Can our school order using a purchase order?
Yes. Send your official purchase order, referencing your order or quote, to sales@vipreading.co.uk.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept invoice/purchase order, bank transfer (BACS), cheque and card payment. Contact our sales team to arrange the option that suits your school.
How much discount can we receive?
We typically offer 30% off or more on large school orders. Your quote will confirm the price for your chosen titles and quantities.
Can you help us choose books?
Absolutely. Tell us your year groups, curriculum topics, pupils’ interests and budget. We can help with class sets, topic packs and library or classroom refreshes.
When will our books arrive?
We’ll confirm stock availability and estimated delivery times with you. Please tell us before ordering if you need books by a particular date. All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked, with tracking details sent on dispatch.
Can you source books that aren’t listed online?
Send us the title, author or ISBN and the quantity you need. We’ll check availability and pricing for you.
